Default Off road

I love watching off road reviews for vehicles, unfortunately my truck is 11 years old and pre dates the you tube video craze. That being said, how off road capable is my 2004 4x4 5.7 4 door.
(Stand alone and in comparison to some of the newer trucks out)

Take her out and let her play! If you're the only owner, you know what has and hasn't been done regarding maintenance.

There are plenty of videos on you tube showing 2004 rams offroading...not sure what you mean by that statement. But, as stated, go find out! Take a friend with a 4x4 and a tow strap with you in case you get stuck

I had an '04 that for 11 years got me wherever I wanted to go hunting and fishing. Was a couple times hog hunting the south Georgia swamps I was glad I had a winch.

Properly configured and carrying the right equipment they are very capable...

It's more driver than truck. Have appropriate tires for your terrain, don't be stupid, and you'll be fine. When I went out with our Jeep clubs, I was only limited by physical size (then again, I rarely attempted anything I wasn't moderately sure I wasn't going to get swamped, high centered, or fall off of an edge...).

(having a winch handy helps, too!)

Yep, SFA + short wheelbase + proper gearing = go anywhere...

It also depends on the mods you did on your rig to make it more off-road capable.

There's some off road action in here with my 05. It's mostly stock :P

This is just some mud action but my favorite is trails and mud. These trucks are very capable as said, mine has never let me down. I've broken minor things in my escapades but nothing that ever stopped the truck.
