I picked up what looks like a factory Dodge bed cover. It's an aluminum frame, but the person I got it from did not have the clamps to attach the rail to bed. Does anyone know who manufactured this for dodge? Anyone have clamps laying around they don't need?

Here is a picture of the bed rail. The cross support are simple aluminum square tube.

 

Look around the lid and ,see if there's any part#.Then to dealer parts counter and take it from there.Good luck.
