Frame Rust?

Frame Rust?
I noticed rust on the frame of my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500. Rust usually isn't a problem here in Colorado, so I was surprised to see any. Is this a cause for concern? If so, what should I do at this point? I can post more photos, but almost every weld point on the frame has rust on it.

Normal. All those parts hang out on the underside of the truck.... so, anything that happens to be on the road, can end up on the frame. 
If it bothers you too much, could just hit it with some rust converter, or POR 15, or Chassis Saver paint.
