A/C acting weird

A/C starts out blowing hard and cold. After a while, its still cold but almost no air out of vents. Let it sit with engine off for a half hour or so and lots of air through vents. Whats the deal??

It was. I added two cans of juice to her and seems to be cured. In the process of checking for leaks.
