Seat back discomfort
The seats on the lift trucks at work are rated to 340 pounds. He's broken 4 of them. 6'6 and 400 or so pounds.Nice guy, but I really wouldn't want to get him mad.
I ended up finding a wrecked Ram that had the same style foam for the seat back. The seat back foam was unavailable on the internet or from the dealership. I am just making do at this point until I feel the need to chop the front seat out and install a Ford seat. I am just tolerating the discomfort because this seat thing already cost me way more money than it should have.
Here's a photo showing the drivers seat with the cover and padding. I've also since put a rivet for jeans on the seat belt shoulder harness. For some reason, he pulled the button off that keeps the buckle from falling to the floor.
