Best I'm seeing is 15ish MPG average. That's on the EVIC with the stock 3.92 gears, 5.7L, 4wd, 2" level, and 35" tires. The 35's went on shortly after getting the truck, so I can't compare otherwise. I don't see 27 mpg possible at all.
27 Mpg might be on the high side. I would focus on aerodynamic mods, especially on the front and underbody. Our trucks are very not aerodynamic and there is quite a lot that can be done with underbody aero.
Ive uploaded my first prototype pics to get your brain going. Tye smoother the air flows the less drag your engine had to overcome ergo better MPG. This is just the first of my underbody aeromods. Coroplast is just a template. I will go with thicker ABS plastic for the final version. Corogated plastic (coroplast) Stiffened with square tube metal.
