Default Truck not level upper control arm question

On my 05 Laramie the drivers side sits lower than the passenger side by 1/2". Where the upper control arm attaches to the bracket on the frame it has a slot rather than just a hole. The drivers side which is lower looks like it has slipped back to the back of the slot where the passenger side is in the middle. Should I adjust back out?

I suspect those adjustments are for camber...... Coils or torsion bars?

Just crank the torsion bar on one side or the other to get it back where you want it. Then get a front end alignment.

Ok the main reason I noticed it is because I'm having a terrible wandering issue, would that have something to do with it

That's gonna be a tire/wear/alignment issue. Or a combination of all of the above. I would be looking at worn parts first.
