Can someone list what each of the Customer Preferred Package was. As noted, according to my build it has both 24G and 2TGA.
I've seen the 2TGA is probably for Tow Package/Thunder Road Package (which my truck had neither from the factory). I not sure how it works, but if it is for the Tow Package, it may have triggered when a dealership parts department allowed me to go through all the options available for my truck and I activated every option that I understood what it was or knew it would not be problem. I bought the OEM add-on wiring kit to add the 7 pin connection and brake controller to my truck, and installed an after market bolt on Class IV receiver. When I bought the truck (used) it did not have a trailer hitch and only had the 4 pin flat connector.
I left off all the diesel options (such as the cold weather start) since I have the 4.7 gas engine. There were a few other options the parts guy and I had no clue what it might be for so I also left them off.
I turned on a feature that allows exterior LED lights though I have no clue how that works, unless it does something to the CANBUS circuit.
A build sheet I just had printed today shows my truck as being a Big Horn, but I think I triggered that also turning on options.
Is it possible to change the original Factory Customer Preferred Package build out by turning on options that were not originally on?
