Default OBD2 Scanner, Need help picking out a good all around option.

Hi, I need to update my OBD2 Scanner, I am looking for a good all-around option that will allow me to Diagnose, Read/Clear Codes, ABS and Elec E Brake work and so on. I Would like to stay around or below the $200 Range and Don't really want the Bluetooth/Phone models. I would like to be able to use it on Foreign and Domestic vehicles. Thank you

What do you guys think about these 2? Is one better than the other? I can find the Innova cheaper but I posted the amazon link .

I'd recommend you compare the features, and see which features the Innova has that the Foxwell doesn't. Then ask yourself if you will use those features.
I would also look at their sites and see if it's easy to get in touch with customer support, and to get software upgrades.
I lean towards the Innova because it will do everything you could ever want it to do, and has good customer support. It's an established company that will be here in the future.

I went with the Innova 5610, It seems like it will do a lot, To get a true Bidirectional scanner I would have to spend quite a bit more.

Bluedriver is what i use but bluetooth so you don't want that. My advice is get an old snap-on one that can work with data logging and etc. I found one in the shed and it works pretty good does all codes and connects to snap-ons computer software and can do live data. they're basic and small so you get the most out of em with a pc or laptop.
