High mileage plate?

Hey guys,

My fathers birthday is coming up, he recently sent me a picture of his odemeter in his 05 1500. I’m wondering if there’s a high mileage plate or anything of that sort I can get from Dodge/Chrysler?

They stopped doing it. I got two out of them and the third time time they said no we've discontinued that program.
