Son brought home a road warrior 2004 Ram 1500 SLT with a broken transfer case,
Anyhow looking for service manual, I have check in forum and all previous links are dead.

I think the manual I attached below is for the 06-08 models, but it's still from the same generation of the 1500 model (2002-2008). I hope it helps!

Big differences between 02-05 and 06-08.

The 3rd gen service (and parts) manuals have been all over the interwebs since these trucks were new. Just Google '2004 dodge ram factory service manual', guaranteed you will find a pdf. If you don't....well maybe the interwebs isn't the place for you.
