Default Buyer beware

I just got screwed by Outlawoffroad.com Anyone ever heard of these guys? The sold me which was supposed to be a "new in box" Hypertech HyperPAC. They sent me a used one already programmed to another VIN. Any dumb-a** knows these are VIN specific, right? Well, they wont refund my money and gave me hell to get a return address. They even asked me for my trucks VIN, saying it was the only way to get a new one!?! Suckers... they're obviously trying to resell used products. Anyway, I had to escalate it to my Credit Card company. Spread the word, Outlawoffroad.com advertises used products as new.
Just an FYI
