I really like the idea of these things but the execution leaves a bit to be desired for me. It seems like every other oneI see on the roadhas one side or the other not working. Brighter, closer spaced LEDs would make the light more uniform. Perhaps a lensed effect on the plastic tube to scatter the light.

Yes, I know this would make it more expensive but if it's a better product...

 

the only ones i have heard of having problems are Recons...mine is PlasmaGlow...im very happy with it

 

Well I was excited to see my Fire and Ice LED Bar at my front door when I pulled up today. Then the closer I got to it the more banged up the box looked. It looked like someone folded the box in half and tore it half into, needless to say the light bar was broken. Now I'm a little ticked off at FEDEX. Now I gotta send it back and wait another 2-3 weeks damnit!

 

My Recon had a problem with one side. I called them up and they only wanted a photo of the problem emailed then shipped me a new one free of charge. They didn't even want me to ship the old one back.
