Disonnecting the battery for a minute will reset the code. But whatever caused it will still likely exist and eventaully throw the code again. Clearing the code is not fixing the issue.

What year truck and how many miles? If over 30K and it is the Hemi you are due for plugs, so you may as well change (make sure to gap correctly). Then reset the computer and see if it comes back. If it does at least you have ruled out the plugs.

I got the same error on my 03 hemi a couple of months ago. I did some research then changed the plugs and reset, problem has not been back since. Try those plugs first. Cheapest fix up front.

bummer, it might go deeper then. Plugs solved my issue. here is the posting I found and what the guy went through with the same problem. https://dodgeforum.com/m_138748/tm.htm

Make sure all of your wires are seated good and that the coils bolts are tight.
