Like I said just what I heard! Also what do you mean you plan on doing, aint that mom and dads truck? Thinkfor a minute sonny. "you" got that truck in Febuary I got mine in October. Do you think I have not looked in to exhaust systems? Doing mods is not something that you just do, it takes timeto figure outwhat to use. Idon't plan on doing much with this Ram but I will tell you that I had a 87with a 318w/400 horses and a 727 torqueflight tranny. Now if you know anything aboutengines then you know what it takes to put a 727and small block toghther and into a shortbed. Flexplates, shortened driveshafts, ect.. which I did myself.Like I said just because I have not done anything yet doesn't mean I'm not. I do plan on doing some, plus the kids need things too.

Now hang on, I just said I was thinking of the dumps. Reason behind me thinking of them was do to the comments of the mds kicking in and people not liking the tone when it does. This way I could have the best of both worlds. Trust me I never doubt peoples comments or ideas. If it was not for that people would never have ideas on what to do for their application And I wish the parents still helped with the vehicles, that stopped over 15 years ago. Now it is getting time that I help my kids with theirs.

I dont think running dumps are a good idea JMO. Yeah it would sound sick, I ran my 87 with headers and straight pipes but after awhile it got to be too loud so Iput on some glasspacks to tone it down a little. Stayed that way till I traded it in, had to have the stock exhaust in order for the dealer to take it. Go figure.

My commentwas to Highdukebouthis truck I like to rip on him about it . I never got the luxuary of having my parent buy me a car to use. I had to ask to borrow thiers till 1990 when I bought the87, I was 18 then.

lol. Dodgeramman. lol. yeah, its ma and pa's rig... but she "handed" it over to me as a gift for school. and will be "mine" for years to come, i hope. and well, I am the one putting money into the truck with mods. so its a payopff in two ways, no? they pay for the truck, i pay for mods and gas... well, i mean its a payoff in a way, not in the long run. anyways, yeah, i plan on putting that 50 series in there and let it loose! lol. i dont see where your coming from dude. ehh... can you let me in on what your tryna get to tonight? im completely lost. sorry [&:]

Oh cool. Was wondering what I said wrong! The main thing that kept me from ordering them now was the worry of floating a vavledue toI know I would have to redline it a few times if the dumps were wide open. Ooo that brings up another good question. Any ideas on how long the rams pcm keeps its data before it starts over writing it?
