God I wish I coulda afforded my cummins when I was looking to trade my half ton in for a better tow rig. My suburban is a place holder. Cummins definitely soon..... Love Rams, especially late second gens..

on the cummins subject, a co-worker of my pops' (~26 yrs. old chevy guy) says that cummins is the best diesel engine made. he says that chevy and ford dudes can go run and hide compared to this thing. so yeah.

I think if I were to have a second go at it I would go diesel too. My next one might be a 2500 CTD. Hell, by the time I get another truck it might run entirely off of electricity.

I will hopefully be gettin an 6.7L 2500 CTD soon but it's all in the air now. I've owned ford before hand me down from my dad 93 f150. great truck but sadly don't like fords looks anymore. Nor do I really like the chevy/gmc look anymore. Toyota maybe, nissan nah just don't like the titan. And dodges I love the look and my Dad has an 06 and it's a champ.

Hanson? dude u need to spend some time on the Cummins forum and some of the diesel forums for all and you will quickly leanr that the 6.0 Powerstroke is not even close to either the cummins or the duramax. the powerstroke for one only has 560 lb ft the cummins has 610 and they cost roughly the same. Plus have you read abotu all the problems they have. Even with the new one they just brought out the 6.4L is already done for. Exhaust lighting on fire??? don't sound like a good engine to me.
