I too have heard that they mello over time. But I thought it was for glass packs and mufflers with replaceable parts.

damn! thank god im not in FL!!! cali doesnt care! they encourage NDG's! i got pulled over once and he asked why i had only 3 NDGs in a 6ft bed! but he let me off the hook!
