Tires ??

I got the POS line of the 2007 Dodger Ram 1500. All white with the steel rims and 17" tires similar to this one (https://dodgeforum.com/albumtn.aspx?size=mid&imgpath=14944-asppg_Ge963255293.jpg). I either need to get new rims and tires or write "Landscaping" on the side. I would like to get 33" or so tires, but do I needto get a lift to install them?

Yes 33's will fit. My tires are275/60R20 which measure up to be 32" high with plenty of space..
