...and get rid of those bubble taillights.
Banks big gun set up will wake it up for you.
You know, thats the first thing I thought when I bought the truck -- those taillights *must* go. Do you have any suggestions for replacements?

I do agree you should get a programmer but i suggest looking on the CTD forum. I've been wanting the exact truck you have, color, cab/ bed config. 0nly thing diff was i wanted six speed, wait that thing is a six speed isn't it. I don't see teh gear select thing there. Dude your making me jealous. That is the exact freaking truck taht I have wanted for like six months now. but back to the programmer thing. From my readings , drew cumminalong or someone make sure this is right, but I've heard that the banks stuff is not prefered because It increases fuel rail prssure and I think It stress the injection pump. More guys run the TST, and edge controller.

Thanks Ben. The truck is a six speed. You know how frickin hard it is finding a six speed 3/4 ton truck nowadays? Whats up with that? Anyway, its good to see that someone else prefers them too. I went to many dealerships over the past few months and looked at rows and rows of trucks (all automatics) before finding this particular one. Most of the dealerships didn't even carry them and if they did, they would have only one. For the record, I don't have anything against automatics... its just a preference thing. Call me old fashioned.

You wanna know waht's even harder to find. See i'm into the 3/4 and one ton trucks. Because i'm a diesel freak. My dad loves pickup trukcs but he likes to get rcsb and the six speed. So he wanted a dodge 1500 with 4.7L and six speed rcsb. Took no joke three months to find. We looked on vehix checked dealer inventory and then finally a local dealer called and said hey guess waht's rolling off the truck right now.
