New shocks needed?

Default New shocks needed?

OK some of you may no I have a lowered ram. Any ways lots of people I know dont seem to have problems with bottoming out... however it being just my luck I do.

yeah definately sounds like you need new shocks... how much did you drop it?

dunno what happend froum posted my thread twice, any ways heres the rest of my thread "I have douche tech shocks I was told they are pretty stiff not stiff enough for me I guess. The other problem im now having is now I have 22" wheels with 305 tires the arch is hitting the edge of the tire taking nice bits of rubber off.

So new shocks needed or another suspension problem.... im on western chassis flip kit if that helps. "


its a 2 and 4 drop so not a silly amount. had the shocks a lil over a year... worth a call for warentee?

hey dude, whats up long time man.......i still cant believe that we have the same drop and ur bottoming out and i'm not....might call brian at www.slammed1.com and ask him and see what he has to say, he might beable to help

id call brian. its how thick are your tires? i have 50 (sidewall) on 305's with stock ride hieght and i cant imagine lowering it. with the tread there just isnt any way they could NOT hit. im on 20's too and your 22's ar just that much bigger. where is it hitting on the tire? outter edge or what?

im on 305/22/45s

ots just catching the edge and a lil bit of the side wall in places.

I'l give brian a call later today. Im hoping its just new shocks needed. Getting a bit pissed now im having loads of little gremlins with the truck recently
