I honestly did not see the difference in HP or in take off, im kinda thinking of just goin penzoil -=\ any feed back?

 

You won't feel anything by just changing your oil. The only place you'll see anything is on a dyno graph at high rpm. Just run an oil you think is best for your engine/driving conditions. I'm currently running Purple and don't like it, thinned out too early for me. Castrol was one of the first I tried. It was ok. Never tried Penzoil, sorry.

I used penzoil platinum full synthetic in my wife's fjcruiser because it was on sale and had a great mail in rebate came out to like 1.97 a quart after alll was said and done, her car is sort of the I don't stick to one brand car, if it is on sale I get it for her.. My truck I use mobile 1 and have no problems, I am going to start going 6000 on a oil change as long as I do not beat my truck up too badly during that time. hers I do every 5000 because of warranty.

 

Why didn't you consider Mobil 1?

 

Is Castrol that stuff my mom would make me drink once a month as a kid?

 

mobil one i just never really trusted but thats just me but if this would be a "is this better than that or this?" i mean i also seen people put in quakerstate.

 

If want the best check out BG Hi-L0W30. It's expensive, like $100 a case, but it has the MOA already in it. I'm a mechanic and I've seen the great things BG prouducts do.

 

Amsoil is a great product also
