Yes, a direct replacement to the stock filter. I just got finished with a day of driving and it came out to be 19 and change for mpg and I was driving like a bat out of hell all day. I only wanted something that would "pay" for itself in savings before this summer's trip and $250 for a whole CAI would not save enough money before the trip. I am also look into a new exhaust for the trip.
What exhaust are you looking to get?

I bet he goes with the New Flowmaster Super 44 single in dual out, Yarrr!
But then again he might go modest like I did to conceal his presence. Yarrr

P.S. Midnight Runner I love both yer trucks! My wife wants the doors on yer white one, I just want that hood on either. Nice Rigs man.

I will check into that for sure. If I can get even 1mpg better it's worth it

To be honest I have not given it much thought.
