instead of gutting cat, get a high flow so you are still legal come emmision time

My truck is getting better gas mileage and a lot firmer shifts. Especially at wide open throttle. The gas mileage is about 1-1.5 mpg better. Do not buy one if you think it's going to be a rocket after you install it. The power difference is slightly noticeable. The other features on it are trouble code reader adjust for tire size, and increase speed limiter. Overall I'm pretty happy with my Superchips

I wouldn't cut out the cat. But get a high flow cat instead like jimmy said. I don't know about the 180 thermo but I know I want to try one when I get the money. Anything that helps the engine intake and exhaust gases easier will help, if only slightly. I'm currently saving up for a flowmaster muffler and high flow cat

IMO we are all jackasses multiple times in our lives. Some more than others however.

 

VERY TRUE. IM GOING TO THE TRACK TONIGHT AND I WAN TO TRY MY TRUCK OUT WITH THE OVERDRIVE OFF AND LAUNCH OUT OF THE HOLE AL IL FASTER IN HIGHER RPM'S. LAST TIME I KEPT RUNNING 3 TIMES AT 63 MPH.
