my dads gotta 05 reg cab 1500with a hemi and a longbed, slt model and 4wd......its got mineral grey paint with the silver twotone.......does anyone else think that this is a pretty rare combo?......there are more rumble bees and daytonas around here and im startin to think that his truck is more rare.....

 

I think the reg cab 4x4 long bed with the SLT is rare. Usually those arework trucks, which would not be ordered with SLT. I have the same thing, but a short bed.

send an e-mail to dodge customer car, give em ur vin and tell em what you want to know...thats what i did with mine, and found out they only produced 618 yellow quad cab rams in 04

I think the paint combo might be rare, but I too have the RCLB 4X4 SLT hemi. I've seen a couple of these around. Solid colors though.

So am I the owner of a "rare" truck? I don't think so. I see enough long bed regular cabs in my area that are not used as "work trucks". They are not as common as they were back in the 80's and 90's, but I would not call them rare. Just my thoughts. Red
