I drive a '05 3500 Dually, and I was looking at 5th trailors and I see a guy with a 3500 "Big Horn" and there's the same truck next to it with the normal 3500, both single rear wheel. I couldn't see any differences on the outside, except the logo.
What are the differences between the Big Horn, and the normal edition?

 

I thinkbighorn has sat radio with the package.

 

sat. radio, towing package, sliding rear window can't remember the rest, 20" rims on the half ton, not sure about 1 ton

 

its got leather, power seats and many other things. its a much more luxurious truck! so yeah, if you got the bread for it, get it. we got the laramie, well worth the extra money. way more luxurious. its like a sleeper in a way.

 

the bighorn package doesnt always come with leather. my dad just got a lonestar edition (same thing as the big horn but just a different badge for the texas trucks) and it doesnt have leather.

sat radio
sliding rear window
20 inch wheels on the half ton, and on the 3/4 and 1 tons i think they come with the forged wheels, but not sure.
fog lamps
pretty sure they all have a limited slip diff from the factory

and a few other small things im sure im forgetting.

 

ahh! i see. so i guess only the laramies come with the leather as a standard. kool! i got one! lol.

 

i own a 06 1500 big horn, mine has sat radio, 20" chrome rims, chrome bug guard, the big horn badge, protection package that includes skid plates underneath and the strip that protects the truck from being hit with doors. thats all i can think of now.

 

wait, theres something that protects your truck from getting hit by doors??? what?!?!?!?! thats crazy! i want one! so nobody will ever hit my truck with their door!
