Im designing this for a 12 inch sub and Im stuck I need Ideas I molded a fiberglass bottom to fit in the plastic compartment and Im attaching the upper part to it. I was going to put the sub on top but Im worried it will sound bad when it hits the bottom of the upper compartment.... so Im thinking either put it on the bottom facing down or making it a mini bandpass box

looks good. well, if you go to the Audio/Visual section, they will tell ya more for bandpass, ported, etc., etc... but uhmm... i take it its a kicker sub going in there? maybe bandpass might be fine?

 

well that sub is just sitting there. Its a JL Audio 10 Im going to put an Alpine type E 12" to mach all my other alpine products
