Default Anyone using Bosch Icon Wipers ???

It's time to replace my blue Octane wipers. I have been looking into the new Bosch Icons. Is anyone currently using them? I was wondering how well they actually worked. The local Avanced Auto can't seem to keep the Icon 424A's in stock. Below are some pics if you have not seen them, they are bracketless and have an aerodynamic wing on them. I like the wings to keep the wiper on the windshield while traveling on interstates. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance !

Never heard anything bad about them except the price. I have a one-piece blade as well without the frame just like the Bosch and they work great. Mine are Silblades, they use silicone vice rubber so the don't rot.

I can report on the Silblades:

1 Cost- expensive, damn near $30 each, but Icons are close.
2 Simple Construction- Single blade seems to work great and snow doesn't freeze up in them
3 How they work- Great, nice even removal of rain and slush. They chatter bad if the windshield is dry, which tells me that they fit tight to the glass.
4 Durability- They use silicone vice rubber that doesn't dry rot. I wiped a wet paper towel down the blade and no black stuff comes off!
5 Best feature- 5 Fu****g year warranty!!! Makes the cost worth it.And their warranty does work, plenty of positive feedback on that all over the web.
6 Will I buy them again? Yea, 5 years from know!

No I don't sell them, I just needed new wipers and liked the one-piece arm style. I was going to buy the same version in Wally World but there was a couple there returning theirs because they said they were crap wanna-be's. I don't like the Rain-x stuff so I never considered theirs.

Somebody with Icons needs to post their experience.
