But financially, that would be the best to try that first... you might get out of having to actually pay a lawyer, but if it doesn't work, you were going to get a lawyer anyways
Yup. It's like my jam theory. If it jams force it, if it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyway...

Default RE: integrity chrysler sucks,

Well let me tell you a story ... got alot of them ... starting to feel like an old guy

In 1988 I bought a Hyundai Exel. Great car cept, it didnt like getting hit head on by a a tow truck towing a Pacer.
So, once my money was right again, I went out and bought a 92. This car was a total piece of crap, literally, from the first day it sat in my driveway. Bad front end, radio didnt work, alarm sounded for no reason at all, door latches screwed, step on brake pedal and the interior dome light came on ....many other issues that I can remember ... The final straw was the window washer tank leak ... I tried everything starting from the service / dealer all the way to Hyundai of Korea. This included the NY State lemon law process which was a joke.

I was quite a bit younger then, I went into the house and told my mother I had, had it with that piece of crap, I found a decent used car, 1987 Monte Carlo, bought it that day. I went home and called the dealership and the bank and told them to "come and get this piece of **** off my driveway". Ofcourse, then they wanted to "work" with me. Sorry come get it ...

Threats on my credit ..who cares ... I was still able to get financed. Most just asked what was up with that bad hit .... lots of very nasty calls from collections agencies ...ofcourse, I was just as nasty. I never paid another penny for that piece of junk.

Moral of the story - there is more then one way to skin a cat.

still no help from the stealership, thanks to the guy who posted the link to car buying tips, the scam they pulled on me is the number 1 on that site. i sent a complaint letter to chrysler finacial, daimler chrysler, and the BBB. i also talked to a few dealerships, who are more that help me, once i get rid of the truck. i can get a truck i will love for 350 a month, no down. and 6%, and it will be 4x4. thanks for all the advice, i will post again if i get a response from chrysler. thanks again,

oh yeah, the 4 spd trans really sucks, doesn't seem to want to shift out of 1st or 2nd, when its floored, just stays in the gear till i let off the gas completely. tried to reset the computer, but it didn't help

lawerys dont do a damn thing. you want progress. go to the local dept of motor vechicle and file a complaint with then. thats what they are there for and thats what you pay taxes for. walk in the dealership with an dmv officer and you will see progress. not only does he have the right to shut the place down for the day to find out why but he has the right to be there when you are fighting with the managers.a lawyers goes in and says this and this. then the dealer goes back to screwing the next customer. with the dmv they will be on report for 6months or until someone else files a complaint

actually i thought they were kinda nice at first, they paid off a car that i owed 16 on, and treated me real well till i signed the papers, then it was F YOU all the way. but now it is taken care of, i no longer have the truck. i dropped it off at the dealership and told them i dont want it anymore. when they i asked why, i told them. i wasn't too nice either, and my neighbor who went with me, was even worse. 2 or 3 poeple actually left the dealership after hearing us argue with the people there. 1 guy had a salesman ask where they they going and the dude said he didn't want to purchase his car there because of how they treated me.

i had to pay the first month's payment in cash, but now i have a piece of paper that says its done with and i bought an 03 expolrer 4x4 eddie bauer, for 150 a month cheaper, and its a lot faster, nicer, and real good service at the dealership. i will defintily go there again. i bought this ata findlay toyota, in henderson.
the crappy thing is my credit is probably shot to hell now for the nect couple of years. oh well

3 days / 300 miles you can return a car. Some dealers will offer a longer return time for better customer service. If you have had it longer than 3 day and put more miles on it, your loan has been approved and your trade has been paid off then there is nothing that you can do. The buyer agreement may be printed wrong and that does not mean anything as long as the price that you accepted is on the agreement. The correct information will be with the loan company. My buyer agreement didn't even have my name. Just the loan paperwork had my information. This is the basics. The only way you're going to get anywhere with a dealer though, if it can be done is to have a lawyer look at the situation.

its done already, they took it back, they were not happy but i was kinda angry so they gave in. i have to admit me and my neighbor/boss, made a big scene in middle if the showroom floor. not i have an explorer 4x4, say what you want about it but its way more comfortable and is the eddie bauer, so its has way more options than are even available on the ram

Thanks for visiting DF. Have a nice day and take your future FORD problems else where as we will not want to hear about them.
