thats the exact same truck that someone ahs at my school. this truck is what made me fall in love with the 2007 rams. this exact truck. when i saw that kids ram, i fell in love with the electric blue and the tail-lights. thats gorgeous!!

On a side note,you seem like a very smart and articulate person,youre a dealers worst nightmare.When I bought my 07,I was the same way,I wouldnt budge on what I wanted.Strangely enough I got everything wanted.

 

congrats on the new truck, its beautiful, i actually alomost bought the EXACT same truck but after the third test drive on an 07 i just decided i didnt want the MDS and went with a couple years older to avoid it. Its an awesome truck tho glad your happy with it

HighDuke1911: Yeah! The color sold me the moment I saw it in person! Hell, even the photos had me curious enough to check it out! I'm loving the ride. It's day 1 of actual ownership and man I doubt the joy will leave me any time soon! ( Perhaps if fuel hits $5.00 a gallon?) LOL!

Sharpshooter: No. The two items the truck didn't have that I was a bit bummed about was the lack of a hitch ( no biggie, aftermarket if the need arises) and more importantly the lack of the power adjustable pedals! Not a huge deal, but I wouldn't mind setting them back a few inches for comfort!

TheHemiBeast: I fell in love with the color themed bumper idea when I had my Lightning. Not that a huge chrome bumper isn't attractive to me, but the monotone feel surrounding every crevice, saturating all the surrounding area with a rich, vibrant color seems to set off the body and change the attitude of the ride a bit. Also, I'm too damn lazy to shine chrome bumpers every Saturday. I'd rather be sipping Vodka on the beach! LOL!

Thanks guys! More pics soon. Tints going on this weekend along with nerf bars. Any suggestions on the brand of bars I should use? Not sure if I want chrome, powder coated black, or custom blue powder coating perhaps? ( I don't want to over do it with the blue though!)

I wonder if the dodge site is wrong about the quad cab sport 07 wonder if they are wrong about being able to get an SLT with the body color bumpers and grill such. cuz i want an slt 4.7L six speed with that set up with the bumpers.Becuase i agree with you man the monotone everything the same just looks fifty thousand times better than a chrome bumper. Specially matched with the dodge 20" chrome aluminum wheels. They have to be the sexiest oem wheels on a truck i've seen.

 

well, here in san diego, the cheapest gas is at $3.42/gal. the cheapest. you know, a run down station where you dont wanna go because your scared that it might be nothing but water... so yeah, if the prices do hit $5.00, im getting a honda. lol. sorry, but its true!

also, i saw a lightning today at the gym, i love lightnings. see, i hate fords, just because, but lightnings, its different. i dunno. maybe because its a lightning.
