Default Error codes

Own a 2003 Dodge QuadCab w/4.7. There have been no modifications done to my truck engine wise or mech. Have had same issues with brake rotors since new and that has been on going issue. Just had new rotors and pads for 4th time. Truck has 78,000 miles. New tires just installed and now "Check Engine" light is on! Error codes read Po442, Po456, and Po344. Found one hose that was split coming from the purge cannister and repaired! Will this correct my error codes or will they have to be reset? Love this truck but and leanin towards goin back to GM product as this was 1st Dodge product and never had such issues with GM

I read somewhere that yo have to have 15 on/off cycles for the code to reset. I would just reset the PCM if I were you. I just pulled fuse 23 and all was well. good luck to you.

2003 have aTSB for front calipers. If you still have original calipers that could be part of your brake problem. I have replaced my front calipers, rotors and pads withNapa parts in Dec 2005. No warping yet.
