Weight dif from 02-04 20" wheels to 06-07 wheels??
Dose anyone know if there is a weight diff. between the older 5 spoke wheels and the newer 06-07 wheels??
They look lighter but I cant find any info on them. Im guessing to improve gas milage they would have went to a lighter desgin but not sure.
Would like to know as I have a line on a set of 06 chrome wheels local for a great price and since my truck needs new tires any way I thought maybe if they were a bit lighter Id get them. Other wise isnt worth it I dont think
Thanks for any info you can give in advance

The ones on the truck now look like dasies as the guy above said there HUGE!
The ones I was looking at (He has 2 sets) one set is chrome 06 wheel the other is a silver 07 wheel but they look the same.

Oh and by the way any reduction in Wheel and Tire weight is going to give you shorter stopping distance and more performance and better miles per gal. do to less rolling resitance to stop and accelerate Its ben proven over and over thats why race cars us Magnizum wheels (Ultra Light!)
Thanks

I prefer the look of the chromed '06s. To hell with performance changes, sometimes you just need to change the look.

Not sure yet though, still need more info on the wheels as far as weight goes. The look is cool but with gas going up to silly prices (3.55 a gallon over here today!) even just a Half mile per gal will make a big dif in the fuel bill!
