I have heard of the Hemi Ram stalling shifting from D through N into R but not just coming to a stop.

I remember hearing about some stalling issues with some 4.7's, but I don't recall any talk of stalling hemis. A search for stall or stalling might help you out.

Mine stalled once while I was making a U turn. Only once though. Not going to worry about though until it happens again. To many factors that could cause a random stall. This might sound bad, but every truck I have owned has done this. From a stop, making a hard, slow turn the truck would stall. I wouldn't worry about it unless it starts happening alot.

thanks for all the help guys...no...i bought it used...only has 10k on her...i was at the second stop light...sitting there...and the truck just stalled out...started right back up...drove her...100 more miles in city driving not even a hint of happening again...called up the dealer...he said it could have been from when they just powerwashed the motor...before i took it...also...my overhead display says im getting between 10-12mpg in the city...is this normal?? i know its going to be less in the city but...i thought it would have been a tad more...taking her on the freeway today so we'll see.....65 bucks a fill up from 1/8th of a tank aint cheap...lol...i mean...i know you aint gonna get good mpg with a REAL sportscar/sportstruck...(ricers dont count)...thats why i kept my neon...just wanted to make sure all of this is normal...first time ive even thought about spending this much on a vehicle...so i wanna keep her nice...and running optimally!!

thanks for everything!!

good luck man! and 65 for a full tank, in San Diego, that would be awesome!!! i pay 80 for a full. actually, last night, i paid $79.04 @ $3.39/gal (87) at Chevron. i only go there once a month to "clean" my engine out. i usually pump at the cheapest station i can find.

$65 to fill up, I wish I could do it that cheap. At least $75.00 and if I get stuck getting gas in Boca Raton, then it is more around the $90 mark. I also run 93 in my truck.
