The only times I have seen badges reapplied was by the use of new badges with fresh adhesive padding. You could try an automotive safe 3M quality foam adhesive to restick those badges, or play it really safe and buy new badges (they're not too spendy).
3M actually makes a plastic and emblem adhesive. You buy it in a tube (light tooth paste). Make sure that you clean your old emblem completely of the old adhesive with a adhesive remover, then wipe off the adhesive remover. Apply the emblem adhesive and spread it evenly over the emblem. Apply emblem and us a lint free cloth, wipe any excess adhesive that may oose out. Use painters tape to hold emblem in place to allow adhesive to cure. I haven't done this in a long time, so I do not remember what the cure times are, buy you can get it a Pep Boys or Discount Autoparts.
Hope this helps.

theres also a product called "3m Adhesive promoter" i'd strongly recommend it as it helps the adhesive stick so much better. I used it when i put my hood scoops on
