Default 02 5.9 Missing

Hey guys......im new to this forum so bear with me. I have a 02 Dodge Ram 1500(5.9) that lately(within the last two months)has developed a miss. I have run Techron fuel injector cleaner thru it 4 times(each fill up). This seems to help temporarily but problem returns within a day or two. The problem seems to be worse(more consistant)when air conditioner is on Max. The problem is intermittent during other driving conditions and seems to get worse as engine warms up. My code reader is not pulling any codes nor is engine light on. I only have 35,000 miles on the truck with 95% of the miles being short local trips. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

could be your coils? i think your check engine light would be on then... but my dads 03 ford thunderbird has had to have 3 coils replaced.. when they go bad it will start missing bad. but the check engine light would come on everytime.

yes, it was a on and off thing, they'd miss alot one day, next day it'd be running a little better, then alot the day after that.

Leave the A/C off and can you tell if the engine is missing? The reason is the A/C and a water pump can cause a misfire and no ck engine lite. I have also seen the A/C compressor keep the engine from turning over.
