well, here's the story. i bought a package off or rpmoutlet.com. the flashpaq i got had already been used in someone else's truck, so it would not download to mine. well, it would take about 2 weeks to get a new one from them. so i went to the local dodge dealer that sells them and bought another cuz i couldnt wait 2 weeks. that one worked fine. well when i sent back the bad one to rpmoutlet.com, they told me no refunds. just exchanges. so now im stuck with a brand new flashpaq which i have no use for.

 

thats fine but if you wanna sell it its gotta be for at least half of your original price
