Default Cam Shaft postion sensor

Hey does anyone know where I would find the cam shaft postion sensor on my 03 Ram 4.7L? The check engine light came on so I'm thinking its just the sensor so I'm going to try that before I take it to the mechanic but I cant find the dang thing on my truck. The trouble code was P0340.

Sensor is on the right cylinder head towards the front , just under the valve cover. Its held in with a 10mm bolt head.
