if the blue one is a 4x4 then I say go for it, if not definately go with the red one imo, the paint color can easily be changed, I was not fond of red until I traded my 06 hemi qc 4x4 for my current truck. I have 17 inch wheels on mine and with 315/70/17 tires it fills te wheel wells nicely. check the trans, check the rear diff and if you suspect any foul play, have them service the diff right in fornt of you and you can tell if there is anything wrong that will need to be fixed. the hemi is a great motor for gas, I loved mine. I just wanted the torque of the diesel and the longitivity as well as the beafier drivetrain and heavy duty everything. I personally like the red but as long as it is in good condition you are fine with either.
