I bought one for my 98 dakota w/ the 3.9. It did absolutely nothing. I can't speak for the HEMI or 4.7 but the 3.9/5.2/5.9 all use the same throttle body setup so they would probably have the same out come.

I have an airaid throttle body spacer for an 03-07 Ram Hemi that I removed from my truck. Less than 5k miles on it. I am trading my truck in tomorrow. First $50 paypaled gets it. Thanks.
