yeah definitely not cheap. If I decide to go headers I probably won't be spending that much cash on 17 hp and 15 torque dyno gains. Pacesetter also gets lots of good reviews and their headers are around 400 if I remember right. Heck some people go catless and use and O2 sensor simulator with headers and have no problems. I paid 200 for a Superchips and probably got more of a performance benefit than that header system, but if somebody has the cash it probably is a good component to add for a system with serious horsepower.
