You should be able to mount it to any screw/bolt on the frame of the seat.

^^^ Yup just make sure there is no paint aroudn the bolt so you get a good connection and since the bolts running through the floor are connected to basically the entire truck it makes a great ground.

Just sand the paint off and use the seat mounts. That is where it was grounded in my last truck.

Agree with above....make sure you use a wire wheel, sandpaper, or anything else to ensure that you are grounding to metal and you will be fine. If you have the non fold flat rear seat there is a "stud" sticking up....a 7/16" nut will fit it.

Actually I used the seat when I grounded my amps. It worked for one, then it stopped for the higher power amp! So I had to relocate it to the actual frame. If you pull up the door sill, lift up the carpet, right there in front of your face is a good place also. Took it to Circuit City, and that is how they do it also. I would take a pic if I could, but I still can't walk(had surgery on my ACL and meniscus). But yes apparently that is better than the seat bolt(and yes, I did take off the paint!

OK i ended up pulling teh bolt out of the crossmember for the seat, sanding it down really really good and putting it in there. Everything works great now!
