RE: Mpg Question
Does the 'Mexi' in MexiRam indicate that you travel or live south of the border?
If so, it is worth suspecting that you may have gotten some leaded gas
(or gasoline with a manganese additive)
which poisoned one or more
of your oxygen sensors...which can lead to very low MPG.
The typical 1994-2005 Ram owner reports about 13 MPG
with a 30% up or down spread. Earlier Rams have better
bodys for cutting through the wind, but less efficient engines.
2002+ Rams have more 8% more efficient engines, but
blunter bodies that are 26% harder to push through the air.

RE: Mpg Question
I was getting 9.6 (per overhead) runnign around town. I've never taken it on the highway yet for more than 5 miles.
Put in new plugs with the PROPER gap and I was back up over 10.
Then installed new exhaust and was close to 11.
Then installed CAI and I'm back down to 9.9.
I assume once the computer learns the new air/fuel mixture it will compensate for it and get me back to around 10.3 or so.

RE: Mpg Question
first off, get rid of the throttle body spacer. thet are a paper weight that dont do justice. nexted check the gapping on the spark plugs. most dodges that come from the factory are gapped incorrectly. one might be correct and the next one might be at .035 or .050. make sure they are the same. also tire pressure is a must. look at the door jam for the psi and then look at the tire for psi. try and get it in between better rolling resisitence
