i'd check your fuses first, and then all your connections behind the panel. I'm not sure about the bulbs though.

ok. which fuse is it? the one that says cluster,4X4 and console? Because everything else works like dash and gauges and cd deck. im sure that would be all under same fuse. How do u take paneloff to check heater unit? where r the screws and clips?

well lets start this way i dont have a fuse panel diagram infront of me. The lights won't light up, does the a/c work? Does the defrost work? these two are from the same wiring harness as the lights behind the panel.

Yes. That all works. everything works...defroster, AC, heat , fan, fan speeds, fan vent, floor etc...gauges, speedo(light up), fuel gauge Cd deck...etc.....everything works except at night we cant see heater control cluster light up.Thats why i asked if its even supposed to.

ok well i dont think its a fuse then, if your A/C and defrost are working your obivously getting power through that wiring harness. I'm going to pull up a service manual quick and see if i can find anything on the light bulbs behind it.

i've been looking through the service manual but the only thing i can find is it says the panel can't be repaired only replaced, but then in little writing it says the bulbs are available to be replaced. The only thing i can't figure out is how many there are and how if there are a few they all burnt out at once
