thanks livetokite. I originally had them put the flowmaster 40 deltaflow on and had them put pipes coming out the back of the truck which costed me $250. Then, my friend got the 50series dumped after the muffler on his tundra and i couldnt live with his sounding better so i called my local muffler shop where i had my exhaust done and he said that he would cut off the exhaust and put two turn downs after my 40series for $40 so i did it and man, did it ever make the biggest difference in sound. I will post a video of the before and after.

Again. Do some investigation before you go by a muffler that everyone else buys.. You will pay a little more for a Dynomax than a Flowmaster, but you will be much happier with it. Icut off my 40s andI got the Dynomax Ultraflow welded. I got two 10" 45 degree turndowns and had them put it on for $50. Jegs.com has it for $150. If I can record it, I'll prove it.

Suit yerself. EVERYONE I KNOW has Flowmasters! It took me over a week to decide what I wanted. When I had them put on at the local muffler shop, the guy got done, lowered the truck and handed me the keys. I cranked it up and a few seconds later the owner walked over and asked what I'd put on there. They only had Flowmaster and Magnaflow in thier inventory for exhaust..

Mean or not, I honestly don't care. I cut off my 40s. I still have the Dynomax. I like em and I like sounding different than everyone else...
