Default Headers on!! **pics added*

well got my headers installed yesterday, man how i love them.... i think they are trouble though, i wanna hop on it whenever i have the chance haha. Im not running pacesetter long tubes, off-road y-pipe and a flowmaster delta 40 muffler. I think there is some leaks though so im gonna have to look into that, at high RPM you can hear liek a wooshing sound from the front. Ill try and get some sound clips up this weekend here.

So you like them, eh? I have a set of ceramic coated mid-tubes in my garage - gonna install them as soon as work dies down. Nice gains? Louder sound? Did you notice a change in the powerband?? Im excited for you - do tell.............

So, when you go with headers, does that mean everything else is a full-custom job? Or are there combinations of parts that'll bolt on?

edit: Fixed spelling and grammar. I can't believe I posted such a poorly-crafted statement!

haha woops thats supposed to say " i am NOW" haha. IM very impressed with the sound, alot more snap in the mid range power. Im gonna retorque the bolts tonight on the clamps they used and the header bolts, hopefully fix the leaks i have, or at least think i have. Went outta town this weekend so put like 600 km on them and already my check engine light came on which is a pain in the *** cause EVERYONE told me its rare for the light to come on.

As for Johns question there, since i went with the y-pipe it comes with all the piping to be piped from the headers right to the muffler, they welded about 90% of it up as much as they could, BUT if u wanted this system can be bolted up with clamps in your driveway, for a good days job. Overall VERY impressed with them

well i figured out where the leak was, dumbass who installed it forgot to put a clamp on where the one pipe connected to the passenger side collector, all better now, erased the code with my programmer and hasnt come back on yet. I tried snapping some pics, but its kinda hard under there, try and get a video tonight though
