Default Shimmy, wandering, after hitting bump in road

Here I am again, '03 RAM QUAD 1550 4x4, HEMI with just 50k miles. Every time we go over a bump in the road , or for that matter, a raised seam (likewhere the road meets a bridge), the front end jumps all over the place. I have 1 year old KYB's front and rear. 20" Tires are fine and pressure is right on. Even after the alignment last year it behaved this way. There is no steering stabilizer (none available with rack & pinion steering). It's really annoying! Suggestions anyone?

17" tires and wheels dont help, it seems to be a dodge thing.
You might find an aftermarket steering stabilizer but I dont know?

The book calls for 35# of air. I dropped mine to 30# and it is much better. No wear on the tires either.

I also have bilstein shocks.
