The Superchips Flashpaq is great! It runs so many diagnostics it's silly! Air temp in Intake, fuel pressure, engine load, all track times (1/4 mile, 0-60, etc.), tire size changes, O2 sensor diag., Max speed override, ..... man, I could go on, but its sweet! Not to mention I bark 2nd's now!

I think there's some misinformation in this thread. Lowering the thermostat temp will make the motor less fuel efficient. It will run cooler and produce a slight gain in HP, but you'll be dumping excess fuel into it. The factory determined the ideal temp for the engine to maximize fuel combustion. Making it run cooler will lower your mpg.

yaaa thats not true buddy. If you have no mods done to your truck and you put a 180 thermo in your truck u will run ritch, giving you a little more HP but leaving deposits in your engine... the 180 thermo tricks the computer to think the truck is running cooler and therefore gives it more gas. So you will not get better mileage at all, you will get a little worse more then likely. Guys add these to modded trucks to blance out the A/F mixture
