More info needed: What engine, what truck, what do you want it to do, etc. Is yours "broke"?

With the info you gave my best response would be, dealership parts department.

Got mine from Ebay. Put it on my 04 Ram SLT. Makes a whistling sound, but sounds cool. Definite gain in HP and MPG. Didn't come with adapter, contacted Airaid and they sent me the part I needed...FREE! Along with a FREE t-shirt.
Only takes about 1/2 hour to install.

If you are talking about a throttle body spacer I can assure you thatany hp or mpg gains are only in your head. A TBS only works on carborated engines. All the engines on the 3rd gen Rams are fuel injected, so a TBS won't do anything to increase performance.

I agree with AeroRam if you are talking about a TBS it doesnt do a thing but make some annnoying whislte sound. I got tired of people asking what that sound was.Dont know too much about the whole throttle body.

I have been told by tech people (I forget where) that the factory truck TB is good for 475 hp.
