Volant air scoop/air filter box combo
I have been looking at purchasing the Volant air filter system with the air scoop to the front right fog light cowl. I don't have the fog lights so it seems to be a good idea. Has anyone purchassed this and if they have what has been your experience with it?[/align]

My friend is running one on his 1500. Looks good, sounds good. Performance has increased according to him. If my friend was computer saavy I'm sure he'd login and tell you to get it. A lot of other people that I know who drive other trucks besides Ram's like it too and are happy with it. I think in the end it all comes down to preference.

I'm selling it because I need some cash to fund a backpacking trip through Europe. I'm trying to raise as much as I can and fixing up my RAM is on the backburner right now. Look at the link above for details. If I wasn't going to Europe I would've installed the CAI right away. I dropped my asking price to 280 OBO and I'd pay for shipping. Original retail price is 350 from the website.

Hey mega cab hog I have a volant scoop that i am not using with all the mounting hardware and instructions I will sell you for cheaper than you can purchase it anywhere. Even if you buy the brute force from pink taco lover the scoop is a good idea because ot would still direct cooler air to the engine bay where the brute force draws air from.
