I just bought the pacesetter long tubes and off road Y-pipe. I have a 2006 dodge Ram and in the stock manifold and Y-pipe i got 4 sensors total, this pacesetter set up only comes with 2 ports, what should I do with the 2 remaning sensors? and no im not running cats.

If you aren't running cats then there is nothing for them to do. The last set of O2's are there to check to make sure the cat is doing it's thing by comparing the signal to the first O2. Not sure how to get around that, it'll be a CEL more then likely.
