For those of you who do live up in the 'Great White North" I was stationed in North Dakota for a few years, I remember we had custom Air Dams (me thinks they called em) for our worktrucks that blocked most of the air flow across the radiator. Do they still make those things?

 

yeah they do, i've also seen alot of people just put some cardboard infront of the radiator

 

I think I already said this, but I had a 180 thermostat in a 03 dakota I owned... I live in New England, and we tend to get pretty cold in the winter time... never had a problem... not one... and the truck is still running fine because I see it from time to time.
